Figure eight racing at Evergreen Speedway dates back to the summer of 1965 under the Norton family track management, with a handful of fenderless late forties-early fifties era cars on a partial dirt surface. Just short of sixty years later, the program survives , with a paved surface over the original course footprint, and three classes ranging from street sourced front drive four cylinder imports up to high tech v-8 powered scratch built machines. This site is dedicated to preserving and spotlighting that rich history. Enjoy!
